Sales Lead (Senior Sales) - Experience in Clinical Trials Tech Required

The Sales Lead is a senior level position in the company and designed for existing senior sales managers or directors who have experience selling clinical trial technology. If you do not have experience selling clinical trials technology, you are unlikely to be hired. As Sales Lead, you’ll be instrumental in building and scaling R.grid, a fast-growing startup serving the clinical trials sector. You’ll deliver on the full sales cycle, lead a sector-focused sales team, and work closely with the marketing team and C-suite to align sales and customer success with our strategic priorities. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on senior leader with strong SaaS experience, deep knowledge of the clinical research ecosystem, and a passion for helping customers succeed.

Sales Development Representative (SDR) (Experience in SaaS Health/Clinical Trials Sales)

This role sits within the Revenue team. You’ll support pipeline growth by identifying prospects, reaching out through smart campaigns, qualifying interest, and helping us learn what works. You’ll work across sales and contribute to shaping messaging, testing different outreach approaches, and capturing insights from the field that can guide what we do next. We're looking for someone who contributes thoughtfully, moves with pace, and collaborates well.
